Table Time Workshop — Live Monthly Bodywork Education

Every month, we gather around the table to go deep on one bodywork topic — the kind that keeps coming up in sessions, that clients ask about, that practitioners wonder about in the quiet between appointments.

These workshops are intentionally intimate. We start with what's actually showing up in the room — your questions, your cases, your curiosity — and we follow that thread together. You'll get the anatomy, the neuroscience, the clinical reasoning behind why bodies do what they do. Then we translate all of it into your hands: practical techniques, real application, and dedicated trade time to strengthen what you've learned.

Led by Tabitha MacDonald, founder of Soma Massage & Wellness and a specialist in rehabilitative bodywork and functional neuromuscular therapy, these sessions blend clinical precision with intuitive awareness. This isn't lecture-style learning. It's collaborative, experiential, and grounded in the collective knowledge of everyone who shows up.
